Shipping policy
All UK orders placed after 23rd December 3 pm will be shipped on 29th December and should arrive before New Year's.
All International orders will also be shipped on 29th December and are expected to arrive after the New Year.
UK Delivery Cost and Delivery Times
Standard Delivery is free on all UK orders.
- Our standard UK delivery is within 1-3 working days – All delivery times stated are working days—working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within the UK and your chosen shipping location.
- Express or Nominated day service varies; please see below for available Delivery Options;
- All orders are insured and shipped via trackable delivery, with a signature required upon receipt.
- At Auric J ewellery, we gift wrap all your orders in our signature packaging for free.
- All deliveries are insured, tracked, and must be signed for upon receipt.
- Please note that items are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

- When choosing the Next Day 1 pm & 10 am or Saturday option for the UK- your orders must be placed and payment cleared by 4 pm (BST) on the working day.
- To ensure timely delivery, kindly place your order by 4 pm on Tuesday if you require delivery on Wednesday by 10 am or 1 pm. Similarly, please place your order by Friday 4 pm (BST) for a Monday delivery. Orders received after 4 pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day, which means that orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Monday, except on public holidays, when they will be dispatched on Tuesday.
- Our delivery guarantee timings are only for in-stock products and exclude engraved products.
- Please note that UK bank holidays may impact the expected delivery date. Also, please be informed that we do not make deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays.
- Please note that we cannot cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
- All orders come packed in discreet outer packaging.

Worldwide Customs and Clearance
For all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, taxes, duties and any import-related fees are fully included in your purchase price.
All international orders are Final Sale and cannot be cancelled once shipped or returned. Special orders cannot be cancelled at any stage.
If an order is returned to us due to refusal, non-collection or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the following applies:

Any return shipping, local handling fees or administrative charges will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. Once shipped, the order becomes your responsibility, and failure to accept delivery may result in additional charges as outlined above.

Our Delivery Exclusions
We do not deliver to PO box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail forwarding addresses, and temporary residence addresses.
Next-day delivery applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and some areas of Scotland.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from us.
Does My Order Need To Be Signed For?
All of our orders will require a signature on delivery - this applies worldwide.
If nobody is available to sign for the delivery at the specified address, then the courier company will leave a calling card which will provide you with details for arranging re-delivery or collection from their local office.
Our courier companies will not leave the order ‘in a safe place’ to ensure your order reaches you safely and undamaged.
