Where is my order?UK orders purchased with free delivery take 1-3 working days to arrive. All orders received and cleared by 2pm are shipped the same day, however processing times for special orders and engraved items may vary. More information about delivery can be found here . Track your order by logging into your account, and you’ll soon see how long you can expect the order to take. What is your returns and exchange policy?Auric offers a full return and exchange policy. Our customers are welcome to return any purchases, excluding earrings , free of charge, for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any items that you wish to return must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. More information on our returns policy can be found here.

How Can I RETURN my items?
CAN I RETURN EARRINGS?
We offer a full returns policy on jewellery, however unfortunately we cannot offer returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. If you would like to return an item to us, it must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. More information on our returns policy can be found here.
IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a full gift-wrapping service on all products. All Auric jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a gift box. If you select the ‘Gift’ option during check out we will ensure that no pricing information is included in the shipped package.
CAN I ADD A PERSONAL MESSAGE WITH MY GIFT ORDER?
Yes, you can add a personal message to your order. We will hand write this on your behalf.
WHAT ARE DIFFERENT CARATS OF GOLD?
Gold’s finesse is measured in Carats (ct), sometimes written as Karat (K). This should not be confused with carats which is used to specify weight of a diamond. Gold in its purest form is referred to as 24 carats, 24ct, 24K or pure gold. To learn more about gold please click here .
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOLD AND GOLD VERMEIL?
In simple terms, Gold Vermeil is Sterling Silver which has been plated with gold. This is also commonly referred to as gold-on-sterling. For an item to be called vermeil, gold must be 10 carats or above and must have a gold layer which is 2.5 microns in thickness. To learn more about gold please click here .
CAN I COME TO YOUR SHOWROOM AND VIEW THE JEWELLERY?
We currently do not offer this service. This is just one way in which we’re able to keep our costs in check, and bring you the best prices in fine jewellery at affordable prices. In view of the safety and security of our staff and stock, we store our jewellery at multiple sites. It is therefore not currently possible to visit and view our jewellery. However, we do offer a free returns service, meaning our customers are welcome to try our jewellery at home.
What are the PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payments for orders can be made by credit card, debit card or via PayPal. We accept payments cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. Payment(s) using your card are procced via our payment partner Stripe. We also offer you a buy now and pay later option via Klarna Pay Later. Paying with PayPal – you can quickly and easily pay for your order via PayPal. Simply select PayPal as your payment method and you will be forwarded directly to PayPal for the payment.

What is Klarna Pay Later?With Klarna Pay Later you pay for the goods after receipt. You will receive your Klarna invoice by e-mail after your purchase. You can find further information on the payment deadline and payment methods here.
Is Klarna Pay Later available to everyone?Klarna Pay Later is available to all customers with a billing and delivery address within the UK. In order to use Klarna as payment method, you’ll need to provide your telephone number and your email address so that Klarna can contact you and send your payment statement. It’s important that you provide the correct details, as you won’t receive the relevant payment information otherwise. Once you’ve placed your order using Klarna, you’ll receive an email from Klarna within 2 days with payment instructions. You’ll then have 30 days to complete the payment online. You can pay at your convenience, with no extra cost via credit or debit card. You’ll also receive a reminder two days before your payment is due, as well as email reminders.
I am having problems paying with Klarna, what should I do?
- Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account via Klarna Pay Later. In this case we recommend you to choose a different payment method.
- Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you’ve provided. Please make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
- You may have an outstanding balance with Klarna. Once the balance is paid paid off, try Pay Later with Klarna again. If you’ve recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again.
- Ensure you have not missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.
- If you haven’t used Klarna before and you want to send your order to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.
I paid for an item using Klarna Pay later however I haven’t received my statement?Klarna statements will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your order has been placed. If you haven’t received an email, please check your junk email folder in case it’s been filtered there. Please note that your statement emails are sent directly by Klarna to you and not by Auric Jewellery. If you’ve checked and you have not received your statement, please get in touch with Klarna Customer Service to request a new statement.
I AM HAVING PROBLEMS PAYING WITH MY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have any problem placing an order with your chosen method, it could be due to one of the following reasons: Our payment processor may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you’ve provided. Please make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to. Ensure you have not missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your date of birth. Please note that Stripe and Paypal are both independent payment providers, and we have no influence over the acceptance of your payment with them. If you are having any difficulty with your order or payment then please get in touch with us.
IS VAT CHARGED ON MY ORDERS?
VAT is charged at 20% on all orders for the UK. The prices you see are inclusive of this.
